Terms & Conditions for Participating as a MomLife Ministries Church Partner 2025-2026

We are so thrilled that you are interested in being a MomLife Ministries Church Partner! MomLife Ministries is here to walk with you along the way by providing training, printed materials and resources, and we will check in with you throughout the year to see how things are going. And we’re always available for questions!

MomLife Ministries is asking that all Church Partners:

• Read and faithfully and honestly agree with the core beliefs, mission and values of MomLife Ministries. Understand that MomLife Ministries will teach, train and equip moms based on their statement of beliefs. All MomLife Ministries speakers and teachers will have agreed to the mission, values, and foundational beliefs of MomLife Ministries. Understand that MomLife Ministries will teach about biblical marriage as: God wonderfully and beautifully created each human being as distinctly male or female. We believe the biblical definition of marriage is a sacred covenant between one biological male and one biological female. God's original design and intent for sex is a sacred gift between a husband and wife to be shared within the confines of the marriage covenant. We believe that because of the fall, all humanity struggles with sexual and relational brokenness; therefore, we will demonstrate love, patience, and compassion with one another as we strive towards holiness in these areas.
• Understand that all MomLife Tables and Church Partners will lead their group/moms under the specific values, beliefs, authority and leadership of their individual home church. Any speakers, teachers or leaders used in partnering churches or MomLife Tables does not signify as an endorsement of MomLife Ministries or its founding church, Grace Community Church.
• Understand that MomLife’s mission is to help moms grow in their faith and spiritual friendships, consistently pointing them to Jesus at each MomLife Gathering. Finding Table Moms and other volunteer leaders in your church who are (1) followers of Jesus and (2) passionate about helping moms feel seen, cared for, loved, and spurred on toward Christ will be of utmost importance as you build MomLife @ Your Church.
• Have a love for other women (especially moms) and take great interest in using personal leadership strengths and giftings to encourage and equip moms to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders in relationship with Jesus and in partnership with a local church. 
• Show warmth, acceptance, and empathy to women from every background, demonstrating appropriate discretion about the personal lives of others. This includes all the various places moms are in with their choices for things like school, vaccinations, discipline, and so much more.  
• Attend an August MomLife Ministries Training along with all of your Table Moms and any other volunteer leaders you recruit. You can attend in person on August 9 (9:00am-1:00pm) at Grace Community Church in Clarksville, TN, OR agree to watch the online training videos and then attend one of the Zoom Leadership Q&A meetings on August 18 (9:30am or 6:30pm, CST). If you are a large church outside of TN, we can help you set up your own in-person training with our training videos and recommended agenda. We ask that all MomLife Table Moms, Church Partners, and other leadership agree to participate in the leadership training so that you can feel supported, equipped, and encouraged in your ministry to moms. We will also have leadership check-ins throughout the year to help you feel seen and supported in your ministry. 
• Understand you are making a commitment to partner with MomLife Ministries for the August 2025 - May 2026 MomLife Season.
• Understand you will become MomLife @ _______________ [name of your church]. Please use this title for all of your branding and promotional material. This is how you will be listed on momlife.org as a location of MomLife. MomLife Ministries can potentially help with incorporating the MomLife graphic on your promotional materials as needed to help give all MomLife groups a uniform look. Please refer to the 2025-2026 MomLife Brand Guide for better understanding how to create promotional materials for your group. • Understand Church Partner fees at the time of your initial registration are scaled to the size of your group and every Church Partner is required to register and pay for a minimum of 20 moms. It’s important that you choose your initial registration number carefully, because any additional moms you add after your initial registration will be at the original cost of $45 per mom. At that time, you will only be able to register in sets of 5. So, you'll pay $225 for every additional 5 moms added throughout the year.
• Understand and agree to the MomLife Ministries Privacy Policy and MomLife Ministries Terms of Service.

As a Church Partner you will be responsible for:

• Establishing your own MomLife Gathering space and structure.
• Scheduling your own Gathering dates and times.
• Making your own childcare plan (or not).
• Setting up your own technical needs.
• Recruiting leadership and volunteers to help your MomLife ministry run smoothly.
• Handling your own promotion, registration, and collection of necessary fees for your group; MomLife Ministries will include a link to your registration on momlife.org.
• Getting MomLife Ministries names and emails of all participants so that they can have access to MomLife content and weekly emails.
